Hello Fred and Sandy,

Just checking to see how your start has been for this incredible ride across the US.

Fred, I am proud of you; I look forward to hearing the many stories and seeing all the pictures.

Everyday I run the not so exciting Prairie Path, I am thinking about the incredible and spendid nature you are experiencing on your bike ride.

Hi Fred and Sandy,

Hope your ride has been uneventful and beautiful. Hopefully your trip across the midwest will not be encountering the storms that have been playing havoc this past week. Let's hear from you via your blog.

Without going into details Fred and Sandy I just want to say it's the journey that counts and this can apply to many things in life.
